ReplayMark is a local sports video review app for iPhone and iPad. No account is required. The app has no developer-operated backend, advertising, analytics SDKs or tracking. We do not collect or receive your videos, images, markers, notes, settings or usage history through the app.
You choose videos using Apple's system photo picker. ReplayMark requests Photos read access to reopen your selected videos by their persistent photo-library identifiers. You can grant limited access and manage which videos are available. The app reads the selected video and its thumbnail for local playback and display; it does not upload this media to the developer. Original videos remain in Photos. If a selected original is stored only in iCloud, Apple's Photos service may download it. Apple handles that transfer under its own practices; ReplayMark does not operate a cloud storage service.
When you export an A–B clip or save a video frame, the app requests add-only Photos permission to create a new video or image. Exporting does not modify the source video. Temporary render files are removed when work completes, fails or is cancelled; interruption of the process may leave temporary files until the operating system cleans them up.
Video identifiers, display names and durations, marker timestamps, titles, categories, notes and playback preferences are stored locally on your device. A–B selections are kept only for the current video session. There is no app-managed cloud synchronization. Whether local data is included in device backups depends on your device and Apple's backup settings; the developer does not gain access through these backups.
You can edit or delete markers and notes within the app. Removing a video from the app library removes its app reference and associated markers and notes, while leaving the original in Photos. Exported clips and images remain in Photos and can be managed there. You can change Photos permissions in system Settings. Deleting the app, rather than offloading it while retaining its data, removes its local app data.
If you contact us by email, we receive the message and reply address you provide and use them to handle your request. Avoid sending unnecessary private videos or other sensitive information. This policy describes the ReplayMark app. This website, your browser, Apple and your email provider may process information under their own practices.
